The secret to fulfilment lies hidden in plain sight
Based on a classical tantric text from the Kashmiri tradition (the Pratyabhijñā-hṛdayam, or "Heart of Recognition"), this seminar will teach us how to recognise extraordinary supreme consciousness in the midst of ordinary processes.
This seminar combines the most sublime philosophy and wisdom with powerful and relevant practices.
Example Curriculum
Who is this course for?
Come all yoga enthusiasts!
There are many texts within yoga's deep rich history. Texts that have, over many centuries, changed the lives of those blessed to encounter them. As a dedicated yogi you might choose to study one primary text over your life time, or you might choose to explore many.
In this program we delve into one of the surviving texts of Kashmir śaivism - the Pratyabhijñā-hṛdayam.
If you have studied and practiced yoga then the language of this course will be familiar. If you're just getting started there may be some concepts that are new and challenging to get your head around, but thats the beauty of the practice! Yoga is not about mental gymnastics, it is about direct experience. So while foundational studies might be helpful, they're not always necessary.
Through practice and clear pointing you can jump into experience and discover the true nature of reality, as intimate and palpable as breath, as recognisable as silence beneath sound.
Carlos and Juliette both LOVE interactive sessions, full of curiosity and questions.
We welcome all to learn and grow together.
BONUS for the Yoga Teachers : This course is registered with Yoga Alliance as 25hrs of continuing education.
