Juliette McConachy


Juliette is a weaver of worlds. Braiding tantric insight with contemporary somatic exploration and earth based wisdom. She is the founder and director of Awakening Arts, ecocentric and humanistic school of yoga and ecosomatics.

Juliette works one to one and in group settings to facilitate and foster the experience of embodied wholeness and home-ness.

Her classes are rich with invitation, graceful insight, humour, humility and poetry.

She is an experienced body worker, somatic therapist, and yoga teacher.

Carlos Pomeda


Carlos Pomeda brings the rigor of academia together with over 40 years of dedicated study and personal practice. 18 of those years Carlos spent as a monk of the Saraswati order, including 9 years of traditional training and practice in India. During this time Carlos learned the various systems of Indian Philosophy and immersed himself in the practice of yoga, becoming one of the senior monks of the tradition and teaching meditation and philosophy to tens of thousands of students around the world. Carlos is renowned for the breadth of his knowledge and the clarity with which he conveys it. His great love of the Indian yoga traditions, his insight, his humor and his deep connection with his audiences give him the ability to transmit the deepest scriptural teachings in a way that is clear, meaningful and applicable.
